Recipes

Bang Bang Stir Fry

Shopping List:

  • Bang Bang Chicken Strips
  • Rice Noodles
  • Red Pepper
  • Red Onion
  • Sugar Snap Peas
  • Soy, Garlic and Ginger Sauce

You'll Need:

  • Oven – preheated to 180°C (fan)
  • Baking tray – in the oven while it preheats
  • Frying pan or wok
  • Saucepan to boil water

Method:

  1. When the oven is hot, place the Bang Bang strips on the pre-heated baking tray and pop in the oven. Set a timer for 15 mins.
  2. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
  3. Thinly slice your pepper, red onion and coriander.
  4. Turn the water off the heat, pour some in a mug to heat the honey chilli sauce (in its sachet), and pop in the noodles for 5 mins.
  5. Heat frying pan on medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil.
  6. Drain your noodles.
  7. Add peppers, onions & sugar snap peas to the frying pan and cook for 5 mins.
  8. Add the noodles to the pan for 1 minute, then add the stir fry sauce for 1 more minute.
  9. Plate up your stir fry, add the Bang Bang strips on top and drizzle with the warm honey chilli sauce.

Buttermilk Chicken Breast Fillet Burger

Shopping List:

  • Buttermilk Burgers X2
  • Brioche Buns X2
  • Lettuce
  • Burger Sauce
  • Pickles
  • Cheddar
  • Plates

You'll Need:

  • Oven – preheated to 180°C (fan)
  • Baking tray – in the oven while it preheats
  • Grill/frying pan – for the final 5 minutes

Method:

  1. When the oven comes up to temperature take the tray out, place the Buttermilk Burgers on it and return to the oven. Set a timer for 20 mins.
  2. Shred your lettuce.
  3. When your timer goes off. Flip your burgers and add the cheddar for a final few minutes.
  4. Toast your brioche buns under a grill or in a dry frying pan.
  5. Place the toasted buns on your plate.
  6. Use half the sauce on the bottom bun and top with lettuce and pickles.
  7. Pop your burger and cheese on.
  8. Smother with the remaining sauce and top with the bun. Bosh.
